Reliable & Built to Last
To ensure long term service and reliability, the chamber, top cover, and bottom access lid of our bottom loading furnaces are all composed of double walled 304L stainless steel. Moreover, each component of the furnace is electropolished to attain the highest vacuum quality. Even the power feedthroughs are nickel plated. And since both the cylindrical element and the shield assembly are fixed within the chamber, loading materials and fixtures for processing is easy.
